This application form is for Youthtunities: Grants for Young People applications only.

This category is for projects, events or activities which benefit children and young people (aged 10-25 years). This category supports individuals, organisations and schools to deliver a project that has elements of leadership from young people (for example co-design by young people) and positively impacts other young people in the Brimbank Community.

For example, youth-led projects and activities that such as forums, sporting activities, art exhibition, performances, mentoring and hangouts.

The other categories of grants include:

  • Community Wellbeing and Strengthening Grants (up to $10,000)
  • Climate Emergency Grants (up to $10,000)
  • Community Festival and Events Grants (up to $10,000)
  • Major Festival and Event Grants (up to $25,000)
  • Seniors Operational Fund (up to $1,000)

Grant recipients who are working with children or whose grant activity involves children (directly or indirectly) have a responsibility to ensure that the organisation complies with current legislation and regulations related to Child Safety. This includes but is not limited to Victorian Child Safe Standards, Reportable Conduct Scheme and Working with Children Act 2005. 1. Are you a not-for-profit organisation or an incorporated community group? * Required
If you have an auspice, provide only your auspice's incorporation number. This could be an ACN (Australian Company Number) if you/your auspice have registered as a not-for-profit public limited company. 2. Does your group have Public Liability Insurance or plan to obtain Public Liability Insurance for the duration of the project? * Required
