    Measuring the outcomes

The Art Spaces Activation Partnership Funding program aims to achieve strong cultural outcomes by providing space and support for artists and arts organisations to deliver creative projects that engage the Brimbank community.

    Our Goal: Pride and Participation

We aim to build community and cultural connections through social and artistic expression by:

    • Supporting social, cultural, and artistic creativity
    • Respecting and recognizing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and culture
    • Celebrating diversity and intercultural sharing
    • Encouraging vibrant community events and activities

Measuring the impact of our activities helps us understand if we are meeting these goals.

    How We Measure Success

We use Takso, an online evaluation platform to assess the outcomes of this program. Successful applicants will receive support from the Art Spaces Support Officer to complete their planning and evaluation in Takso.

For more information on Takso, visit:https://culturaldevelopment.net.au/Takso

    Theory of Change
The following section relates to the Theory of Change, which helps explain your project’s purpose, approach, and goals. It also provides a framework for measuring outcomes. For any questions, please contact Lisa Horsburgh, Art Spaces Officer on tel. 92494397 or email LisaHo@brimbank.vic.gov.au

    FUNDING OBJECTIVES AND OUTCOMES

Your answer to these questions will be used to assess how your application aligns with our project objectives.

Cultural Objectives* These are the cultural objectives/outcomes that Brimbank is aiming to achieve through our funding program. Thinking about your proposal, which objective does your proposal aim for - please select one (1):
Example: “Knowing that art and cultural activities empower individuals to express creativity, appreciate others and promote personal wellbeing and community harmony.
Example: “I/we will propose a program for community members to express themselves through a series of workshops that encourage creative thinking. This program will include arts participation activities for children and young people (such as workshops in dance, performance, art etc.)
